You can throw just about anything in a fruit smoothie to enhance its flavor such as honey, tofu, jams, any combination of fruits, peanut butter, juices, etc., but keep in mind it will effect the nutritional values.
Ohhh I got one.
I take low sugar yogurt, a fruity flavor add strawberries, bananas, peaches sometimes watermelon. Or any fruit really. I add ice and lemonade for that sweetness. Blend it all together and wham..a good for you fruit smoothie.
It can be done without the yogurt too but it helps keep it a smoothie...lol
