Nadine's Banana Fruit Smoothie
You can throw just about anything in a fruit smoothie to enhance its flavor such as honey, tofu, jams, any combination of fruits, peanut butter, juices, etc., but keep in mind it will effect the nutritional values.
A Great-tasting Nutritious Banana Smoothie shared to us by Nadine
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup pineapple juice 3 bananas, sliced 1 tablespoon honey 2 cups ice
DIRECTIONS:
In a blender, combine pineapple juice, bananas, honey and ice.
Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
Remember that dried bananas are a more concentrated source of nutrients than plain bananas.

People eating the most fiber, 21 grams per day, had 12% less coronary heart disease (CHD) and 11% less cardiovascular disease (CVD) compared to those eating the least, 5 grams daily.
