Carrot Banana Apple SMOOTHIE

You can throw just about anything in a fruit smoothie to enhance its flavor such as honey, tofu, jams, any combination of fruits, peanut butter, juices, etc., but keep in mind it will effect the nutritional values.
I drink smoothies twice a day. In the morning I have
Juice 5 carrot or enough to make one cup
Then in my blender I mix
2 bananas 1 apple
The rest I don't measure I just know how much to add they are
frozen peaches frozen Mango a lot of blueberry's I love em!!
The most important part
2tsp of wheatgrass powder I perfer Green Magma top it off with Orange Juice
Put all that in the blender ,I drink 8 OZ. on my way to work and the rest I drink over the next few hours.
MY evening smoothie is simple
one cup carrot juice one cup OJ one banana 2 tsp Green Magma a few ice cubes.
The trick is to drink them SLOWLY so it won't upset your stomach and you body can absorb the nutrients, better Wheatgrass and Barley grass has changed my LIFE!!! I think I'll go make one now!!
