FARRAH SMOOTHIE

You can throw just about anything in a fruit smoothie to enhance its flavor such as honey, tofu, jams, any combination of fruits, peanut butter, juices, etc., but keep in mind it will effect the nutritional values.
Farrah ( after my little sister)
1 cup frozen mixed berries 1 cup strawberry yogurt 1 banana 1/4 cups sliced almonds dash of milk
Then just blend in blender add more milk if too thick but not to much because it's suppose to be thick. Very healthy and easy.
I call it Farrah because my sister is 6 and ver picky and she loves it. It's a great one to gind up a small child vitamin to get them to take it.
