Genesis Climber Healthy Smoothie

You can throw just about anything in a fruit smoothie to enhance its flavor such as honey, tofu, jams, any combination of fruits, peanut butter, juices, etc., but keep in mind it will effect the nutritional values.
half a pineapple /cubed 2 bananas 1 container of activia 1 cup frozen raspberries 2 free range raw eggs ice cubes
Blend together,best made with love and served with kindness or it ..well..it just wouldn't be right! (:
Raspberries are good sources of ellagic acid and other cancer-fighting antioxidants. Since cooking does not destroy these compounds, raspberry jam may also be beneficial. But because the fruit tends to spoil quickly, freeze leftovers to use in cooking.
