You can throw just about anything in a fruit smoothie to enhance its flavor such as honey, tofu, jams, any combination of fruits, peanut butter, juices, etc., but keep in mind it will effect the nutritional values.
1 small container of frozen limeade 3 very ripe bananas-frozen 1 cup of pina colada mix-chilled 1 can of guava nectar (Goya)-chilled
Put bananas in microwave for 30 seconds. Slip off the skins and put bananas in blender, along with all other ingredients. Blend on high until ingredients are smooth. Rum can be added to this for a truly adult drink.
