Berry Citrus Blend Smoothie
This drink is a nutritiour blend of antioxidants in the form of bioflavonoids and vitamins. And berries and citrus complement one another beautifully.
You can throw just about anything in a fruit smoothie to enhance its flavor such as honey, tofu, jams, any combination of fruits, peanut butter, juices, etc., but keep in mind it will effect the nutritional values.
2 oz (60 g ) fresh or thawed strawberries 1/2 cup (60 g) fresh or thawed raspberries 1/2 cup (60 g) fresh or thawed blueberries 2 large oranges, peeled and sliced 8 ice cubes
Process all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
